Complaints Procedure

Sinclair Harris is committed to promoting and maintaining the standards of professional conduct of its authorising body, the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Valiant House, 4 – 10 Heneage Lane, London EC3A 5DQ.

If you are dissatisfied with the professional conduct of any member of  Sinclair Harris, please direct your complaint in writing to Sinclair Harris marked for the attention of Jonathan Sinclair.

If we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, please direct your complaint to the Insolvency Service Complaints Gateway, the details for which are:

  • Tel: 0300 678 0015 between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). You should be charged the same as a call to an 01 or 02 number. It is not currently possible to telephone, due to the ongoing Covid-19 emergency. Further details are on the web site above.
