Complaints Procedure

Sinclair Harris is committed to promoting and maintaining the standards of professional conduct of its authorising body, the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) of 46 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JH, telephone 0330 122 5237.

If you are dissatisfied with the professional conduct of any member of  Sinclair Harris, please direct your complaint in writing to Sinclair Harris marked for the attention of Jonathan Sinclair.

If we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, please direct your complaint  to our authorising body, the IPA. You can reach the relevant page on their website by clicking here, or by emailing regulation@ipa.uk.com, or by calling the above number.

If you are still not content in the way your complaint has been handled, you can escalate your complaint to the Insolvency Service Complaints Gateway using their online form by clicking here.  You will find two online forms, the first to make an enquiry and the second to make a complaint.
